...dedicated to seeing God's love win

About Us

We believe in God's love.  Our world is full of hurt and brokenness and we believe that God's ultimate expression of love through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus mysteriously heals us and fills our lives with meaning.

We trust in the God's Word.  It may be difficult to understand at times, but it is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path.

We strive for Christian unity.  If the Bible is our book and Jesus our King, then that is enough to stand together.

We look forward to God's future.  It is a place when God will deal with evil and it is a place where the resurrection triumphs over death.

We are affiliated with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) a Protestant denomination that traces its roots to a 19th century reform movement led by Alexander Campbell and Barton Stone.  Their core beliefs - as valid today as they were then - were individual freedom to study and interpret Scripture, the restoration of New Testament Christianity, the unity of believers, and evangelism.

Statement of Faith
We believe that the Bible is God-breathed; is God’s inspired Holy Word.
2 Timothy 3:16, John 1:1, Prov 30:5

We believe in the Trinity: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  All three coexist in one God.
Matthew 28:19-20, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Titus 3:4-8

We believe Salvation is obtained by Grace, through faith, in the sacrifice of Christ alone.   Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16

We believe in the Resurrection of our Savior, Jesus; that He was crucified on a cross and rose from the dead three days later.
Romans 6:9, John 20:27-29

We believe in Holy communion as Jesus taught his disciples.
1 Corinthians 11:23-26

We believe in baptism by water and receiving of the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 3:13-17, Acts 1:4-5 & 8

We believe the Bible defines marriage as the union between one man and one woman.    Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6

Revelation 22:18-19

I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book.  And if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the Book of Life and out of the Holy City and out of the things which are written in this book.
